All tuition sessions are a minimum of one hour long and are conducted in
your home. You
will need a computer and an internet connection. When you book your free
30 minute introductory session we will check your computer set up, internet connection and
anti virus software to makes sure everything is in order before your first lesson.
Pay as you go - one to one tuition - £20.00 per hour -
pay at the end of the session
You set the pace and decide what you want to learn. You can also use the
tuition session for help with particular tasks, for example, printing address labels for your Christmas
cards, creating a letter template, editing your holiday photos, or setting up a
spreadsheet.
Pay as you go - couples - £20.00 per hour
- pay at the end of the session
If you want to share the learning experience we are happy to tutor couples
together.
Pre pay packages
With our pre pay packages you can block book your tuition
sessions well in advance to fit with your home or work commitments, or if you
need to get up to speed quickly you can arrange end to end sessions for a more
intensive learning experience.
Pre pay five - £100.00 - 5½ hours for the price of 5*
Pre pay for five hours of tuition and get a half hour tuition session free.
Pre pay ten - £200.00 - 11 hours for the price of 10*
Pre pay for ten hours of tuition and get a one hour tuition session free.

Refunds
Pay as you go tuition - we do not offer refunds on pay as you go tuition
Pre pay packages - if you have not started your tuition we will issue a full
refund. Refunds will be made by cheque and will be made payable to the
individual who originally purchased the pre pay package. Once you begin your
tuition we will not issue a refund.
* Pre pay packages are non transferable. The free session can not be exchanged
for any other service we offer.
All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate.
