Terms and Conditions

The terms and conditions for electronically downloaded software only.

Pricing

All prices shown on the site excludes VAT.

Postage and packing is included in the price when buying CD media.

Payment

All card payments are transacted though a secure third party website accepting credit and debit cards. If you wish to make payment by cheque, please make it payable to OvationInternet Limited and complete the online order form. Upon receipt of payment we will email the appropriate software activation key and dispatch any associated CD media purchased.

Delivery

All electronically downloaded software is available for immediate download after your payment transaction is complete. Once your payment has been verified by us though the third party payment processing service we will email you a software activation key.

In normal circumstances we will aim to deliver CD media to UK destinations within 7 days of receipt of payment.

Returns and refunds

We strongly recommend that you download a trial version of software to assess suitability before you buy. Our trial software may be time limited or have some features which operate with limited functionality. Details of what the trial version has to offer is available prior to download.

Request for refunds must be made within 30 days of purchase.

We do not offer refunds on electronically downloaded software and associated CD media.

Except where:

  • The software downloaded was deemed to be defective and we were unable to issue a fix within 10 working days of you requesting assistance.

  • The activation key was not issued by us within 10 working days of your validated payment transaction.

  • The CD media is defective and you do not want to accept a replacement CD*.

  • You have made a duplicate purchase.

  • A demo version was not available for download prior to purchase.

*The CD media must be returned in order to receive either a refund for the CD media only or replacement CD media.

To process a refund you need to obtain a Returns Authorisation Reference (RAR). You can do this by calling 01423 819425, or by email, stating your name/company name and address, email address, your sales transaction ID, and a reason for your refund request. If you do not have a sales transaction ID you will need to provide alternative proof of purchase.

Refunds do not included any shipping costs incurred by you the customer when returning the CD media.

You will be required to complete our letter of destruction before a refund for downloaded software can be issued.

A 'Letter of Destruction' is a legally binding document between the vendor and the buyer certifying the assurance by the buyer to the vendor of the permanent removal of the software product from the buyer's computer (or computers, if the product was copied to multiple targets) and certifying that the buyer has not violated the purchase licence agreement (by illegally distributing or reverse engineering the product) and guarantees the discontinuation of the usage of the product.

All refunds will be made via the original method of payment.
